Where can I see samples of the flooring you offer?

Can I use my own flooring purchased from another supplier? 
Yes; however, we cannot guarantee or warranty any product or service not purchased through us. 

How do I schedule a free design and install review appointment?
Contact us today and we'll figure out a time that works best.

Do you offer payment plans?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer payment plans.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Check and all major credit cards are accepted.

How long does it take to order and install my flooring?
Orders and installation depend upon several factors, such as availability of material, labor, access to install location and sometimes, rare unforeseen situations or circumstances. Fortunately, our suppliers and installers are fast and efficient, typically completing most small to medium-sized jobs in just a few days to a couple of weeks. Larger jobs, as with some commercial jobs, can take multiple weeks and or months depending upon the size and complexity.

Will your installers move and replace large items before and after installation is complete?
All spaces should be free and clear of any items and or debris that would prevent a safe and efficient working environment for our installers. However, a few lightweight, small to medium-sized items are acceptable. Heavy, bulky and or over-sized items that require special equipment and or multiple individuals to move may be subject to rejection, additional fees and or job rescheduling or cancellation.

Is my personal and payment information safe? 
Our records keeping and payment processing system is secure, using current storage and encryption technologies. 

What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day workmanship guarantee and will honor any manufacturer warranty established at the time of purchase (repair or service re-installation charges may apply).

What is your cancellation policy?
While we understand life can and does deliver last-minute surprises, we ask for a minimum of 48-hour notice to cancel and or reschedule any appointments. Some fees may apply, and depending upon products order and re-stocking them. Custom products may not be available for re-stocking and therefore the full changes may apply.
